Not everyone has checked in with a think pink opinion. i particuularily would like Wannaberight and itaylor to repond..here or privately...
So far the reasons against are we cant short it..lol (rig) and it does not jive with freedon 55 in my rrsp.(lint)
To me ...the ability to trade our paper far outweighs just about anything. It has been my mission from the day i went to Vancouver in January to get reinstatement. The pinks will frontrun a CNSX listing by a minimum 3 weeks is my best guestimate..
Why would we deprive ourselves of an opportunity to get this thing back on the tracks?. It will also make this pp more easily saleable and quicker to complete
For those of you that read some posters 'facts' and berlieve it all
Monthly expenses are not 58K/month. I have no idea where the writer ej came up with this number, but it is misleading for sure. I would estimate a figure less than half, but have no numbers to base this on.
The pp is for 300000 as granted under the BCSC exemption..not 50000, It will be as stated in that same release. One share and one 2 yr share purchase warrant at 10c for a unit price of 5c. Warrants are non transferable and will not be posted for trade, just the stock is transferable after a 4 month hold. I am not appealing to AG board members but should you wish to participate you can eithwer call Mike Foley at 604 351 3937, or if you prefer pm or call myself, bob gilbert at 1 888 881 2284 and I can explain the steps and forward your enquiry.
MF and I have been working on this . We feel we are about 50% spoken for. I have an institutional contact that is particularily interested in the balance should we be reinstated as the result. Nothing is in stone. We are doing the best we can. I once again shall be volunteering my services.
I urge you to think and speak up about my proposal to relist on the NASDAQ bb pinksheets.. As it stands we have lukewarm support. I need to be equipped with nothing less than 90% approval to push this forward.
I believe it to be in the best interest of our future, of the company and of the majority of shareholders. I can forsee no downside.
Working under continued pressure to place this unit deal would result in perhaps the wrong people, with little but short term flip on thier minds being the holders. A pink listing removes this unnecessary burden of time and will provide a better result to us shareholders looking down the road for price appreciation......heck some of us just want a little appreciation come to think of it!!!
