Going Pink does not make sense if PP for $300k is 50% and there is interest in the remaining 50% when CTO is lifted.

Last I heard CNSX requires WWF to have $50k in the bank to meet 'ongoing concern' requirements to begin trading.

If WWF is as good as hyped, Investors should be falling over themselves to buy into the PP. That does not sem to be happening. Raising cash should be a non issue and Pinks is not necessary.
