I read Roy's most recent posting and comment as follows:

I said "no' to pinks, not out of bitterness towards MF, but because it doesn't matter to me. I'm a lot happier trading in the USA than in Canada. However, there are issues for many shareholders relating to RRSP problems.

The comment about RevCan not figuring it out is disturbing to me. RevCan is looking for any way to find money. They are no different from the IRS or from the State of California. Every government is looking for money. The concern I have for the shareholders is that when RevCan sees what has happened, they will say "too bad - you lose. WWF left Canada. Period. We don't care if they are or did come back." I have seen government function or disfunction, call it the way you want. This has the potential for being an uphill battle for many shareholders.

As to bitterness towards MF - He appears to be competent as far as getting the Libyan situation on board. But he has continually demonstrated that he knows nothing about running a public company and keeping it compliant. His interest in WWF appears to come and go. When he needs more money, he attempts to get WWF trading. When he doesn't need funds, he ignores the compliance issues and WWF is halted.

My hope is that he realizes that he is incompetent as a manager and that he puts good management in place, sooner rather than later. (That would be a great positive NEws Release in and of itself). All of his time should be spent trying to close the rumored deals so that shareholders derive value from their investment. He should keep whatever title he wants, but the company has to be properly managed.

As I said before, another month or two will not hurt us any more than we are already hurt. No on pink.
