I agree with much of your sentiment Lint. I too have wondered if there is much more to this story than what we have been told. However class action lawsuits only make one group money...Lawyers.

As far as the debate about "pink" goes. Not my first choice how ever its better than not trading at all. As for as the rrsp thing. I too have WWF in my rrsp however I can swap them out as soon as trading begins without any problem so I see this as a non issue.
