From my last email from Foley, the following were to occur prior to the lifting of the CTO:
Review the 2007 Financials and the 4 quarters 2008 financials
Approval of the Financials by BCSC for SEDAR filing.
Winfield to file financials with SEDAR and issue a NR.

So, we now wait for a NR and then the BCSC and ASC will lift the CTO, I'm guessing before Friday this week. Let's see if I'm right.
