Some Rational Brains evolving and voicing your opinion is one thing but calling him a thief is another... he should call the company and ask the questions before he posts the opinions he did... as for fees to overseas we all know MF is not working alone there and the company has staff in Africa so that is where money did go. As for Management fee you have to ask MF or the accountants about that. However if 2007 is Audited then the question of MF getting paid or any other director getting paid must have been addressed... However this is my opinion so you have to do your own DD... Good luck...
