Should there be any concern for worry?

Engineering, procurement, construction & management of crude oil refineries.
It's obvious the TSX mishandled Winfield's quarterly maint. fee. Does anyone know if the TSX has recognized the error yet? I would contact the TSX (Gary Lee) myself but I hate to risk upsetting the apple cart, and create additional undue tension.
If typical red-tape clouds the error made and prevents a timely reversal of the July 13 notice; could this impact Winfield's move to the CNSX? Who knows maybe the move will be made easier, these are things I just don't know myself.
