From my previous post the following were to happen:

· File the audited financials for December 31, 2007, and interim Financials for periods ending March 31, 2008, June 30, 2008, September 30, 2008 and December 31, 2008 along with the MD&A for the respective periods

· NR waiting to be released

· Waiting for the lifting of the CTO by ASC and BCSC

· Move from the TSX (NEX) to CNSX,
