To relist on the NEX or TSX would require a procedure similar to going Public in the first place; time consuming and expensive and with no assurance of its outcome.


The CNSX welcomes Winfield Resources as a new Listing. I believe our trading symbol will remain the same; "WWF".

Winfield is completing a Private Placement Units Offering to meet the CNSX listing requirements.

Once completed Winfield will be called to trade on the CNSX.

The Private Placement is over fifty percent complete. There is a chance next week that one funding Group may take the balance.

My priority is to complete the Private Placement asap on a first come basis.
