Personally,I really don't think we should here [Anything]until we are trading.Then open the dam and let the NR's flow.

Also,since our business will be mostly concentrated in Libya,I think it would be a great idea to Trade on a foreign exchange as well. This may be part of the game plan along with foreign exposure.
