The Question Before Us

I believe that the question before us is will we “choo choo” or “chew chew”. Yes if you were wondering if we will be riding the WWF Express train or will we be reading and re-reading the update to the shareholders, here is the answer:

March 31 is Winfield's new Year End. So the March 31, 2009, Q1 is actually our Year End for the period January 1st, 2009 to March 31st, 2009.

The March 31, 2009 Q1 has been prepared and we are awaiting word from the new Audit firm that we've passed their new client due diligence.

We are in the process of paying off MacKay the residual on their account so that they will sign off in favour of the new Auditor.

We are currently involved in a Units Private Placement to raise funds to pay down debt and have $50,000 in unrestricted general working capital.
This financing is to meet the CNSX minimum working capital requirements. Once met Winfield will trade on the CNSX .http://www.cnsx.ca/
