My thinking is that the BCSC wouldn't have lifted the CTO so close to months end without realizing another FS update was due in a couple of weeks.

I really don't think the BCSC is that lame that they would lift a CTO, just to add another CTO in a few weeks time.

But what do I know? I suspect we'll find out real soon.
