3/. Winfield is still raising funds to retire all debt and comply with the CNSX minimum Listing requirements.

As Gumby mentioned in an earlier post,getting listed could take a couple of weeks.

I'm not trying to defend anyone here,but read the top line.

The bottom line is: SHOW ME THE $$.
