He says he has never filled out any documentation. nor been in contact ever with german regulatory officials regarding a possible listing.

In short, he has no knowledge nor has permission been given to enact any trades. He thinks it must be a different Winfield Resources is the only possibility. This listing lacks the "Ltd' as part of the company name. Your 'source" should contact the marketmaker for this listing, either in Berlin or Frankfurt should he wish to pursue the matter.

It shows a trade of 4500 shares at 4.5c, after a lengthy history of no trades for months. I am not going to expend any energy on this. I think its just someone trying to stir the beanpot by adding a frankfurter!!!
