Truth1...I have another analogy for you....I am a dentist with several offices. New grads have a licence to practice but no money to open up their own practice....they are hot in demand. Winfield has the licence and don't have the money to build their refineries....I believe that suitors are surely looking at them to do the financing...just my opinion...GLTA
