Winfield is in the process of completing its 2008 Audited Financial Statements for the period ending March 31, 2009.

Funding delays have caused process delays. Accountants insist on payment as they go.

Upon the completion and filing of the 2008 Audited Financial Statements and the June 30, 2009 Interim Statements Winfield will qualify for listing on the CNSX.

Winfield has filed a draft Listing Statement with the CNSX and responded to comments with revisions.

The next step is the inclusion of the Audited Financial Statements into the Listing Statement for Winfield to be called to trade.

Corporately our immediate future looks brilliant. However, Winfield must have in hand follow-up documentation prior to issuing News Releases.
