Why do we hear what was released previously?

Those are the questions I received via pm from fellow posters. Here's my take on what we read today. It's really quite simple.

True, we haven't heard ANYTHING in a while regarding the WWF progress. MF was simply re-stating that we are good in the eyes of the Libyans.

(Winfield) has received re-confirmation from the Libyan General People’s Committee for Industry, Commerce and Trade that Winfield’s License to build, own and operate a 300,000 barrel per day oil refinery remains both valid and in good standing.

My guess is that meetings did occur. How they went we’ll know soon enough. MF has been working with finance people to finalize the $$$ to get the Ras Lanuf project off the ground.

LOOK, you have to crawl before you can walk and definitely before you can run. Yes we’re learning how to crawl again, next we will be picking up the pace to a nice steady walk, and then the run to the finish line.
