It's very simple... the NR states that nothing has changed.

That's not a good thing for us shareholders... a corporation that cannot maintain its legal responsibility of publishing financials, provide sufficient evidence prior to issuing news releases, and misses externally-communicated deadlines several times over with explanation or a roadmap is a corporation that should not be in operation.

I am waiting for the company to officially close its doors so I can write-off my capital loss.
