Agreed on all points... A CEO does not MISS filing financials... there is simply no excuse for that... as soon as that happened, and MF missed deadlines he communicated to me personally via email, I lost all trust and respect in WWF.

As a shareholder, I wanted a ROADMAP to recovery and a detailed action plan to ensure that it would not happen again... MF provided neither. All dates provided were missed without explanation.
