"Smile" no doubt you are right. Deals this size take time. However this process did not just start 2 weeks ago. Realistically WWF has been sitting on Libyan land with licences and feedstock arangements for well over a year or is it two? My point is that this is a potential multi billion dollar in revenues company that can't get its sheet in order. There is somthing seriously wrong here. Oil refineries as you are well aware make huge coin yet Foley can't arrange for a mere 50k to complete the pp. Why??
