baccalla - many of us phoned or emailed numerous times. whenever i email i get the same bs...goals, words that never come true such as the PP is done within the next X weeks. People that phone the office come back on this board with renewed believe, promises just to find out that the words they heared are full with ...some people have word for this but it may not be good to use it on bullboard
