buster we are all in the same boat, don't know who to be mad at, luckily for me I didn't put that much into this as it was a 'pie in the sky and if it works out great' investment for me, but I don't like losing any money and ultimately we are responsible for our own money.
I do however agree that this company should have to answer for what appears to be blatantly false news releases that prompted many many people to buy their stock.
Although I'm not sure the exchange is to blame in any regard, hell I could put an ad in the paper and say "I've got a license to build a refinery in africa but I need some investors to make it work" and some poor fools would call me up to inquire and if I'm a good enough salesperson I might swindle some money out of them - we live in a world of frauds and this one has been put to a halt by the exchange through their investigation - I think it's impossible to stop these things up front - does the name Bernie Madoff ring a bell??
