MF still needs money to get the financials done.It does look much different though,go to Bouvier de Fonts web site and under Current Energy Portfolios:new 300,000 BOPD crude oil refinery in Libya and also one in Mauritania.There may be a couple of others too but i will settle for two.I did not see any of the bs and it is old stuff but i do hope he can pull it off.I will be the first one to eat crow and i have a lot of them in my back yard.Cheers,buster
