You are right why would anyone pay .28c a share when you can "buy all they want for a nickel and get a warrant as well." But wait a minute according to Foley know one bought into the last pp for a nickel so I guess they are not even worth that. Maybe he should try a pp at a penny. I know of at least two that will participate.
