Should have read what I wrote BEFORE I posted it.

So, before some get upset & I get labelled a racist, NO I am NOT taking a swipe against Chinese businessman/woman. But I can state that in my personal dealings with Chinese vendors/businesses - most of my dealings centered around Shanghai - that I often met circumstances where unrecorded money exchange was the expectation/norm.

But these expectations were NEVER met in my instance resulting in some lost possibilities - dare I say - by keeping on the high road. Yeah I AM an idealist.
