A lot of pending issues have been covered in this NR. The info should help relieve the ambiguity hanging over this stock. It was releasede after hours. Bet some will get caught with their pants down as the individual who sold my wife's account the  5M shares yesterday @ 0.21. Total luck regarding the timing although I have been mulling over SDBranum's comments & had decided to pick up a few more shares. Thank much Steve.
