This is all strategic moves IMO. Robert Casaceli is a well-known and respected Canadian Exploration/Mining Geologist. He brings so much to the table for Xtra-Gold. James Longshore is co-founder and largest shareholder, he isn't going anywhere except to Ghana to push the exploration/drilling effort forward.
James was interviewed on June 12th by Al Korelin about what is going on with Xtra-Gold and the Kibi gold discovery.

James is still a player here. He now has experienced and well-regarded hands to help with the corporate business and move the company forward. The goal is to not stop drilling once they get going with Phase 3. Financing is advancing and strategic players added to the team means good things, a big plus IMO. James, with boots on the ground, has brought this gold discovery to light, he wants to finish the job in Ghana and leads the field effort.
