Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, April 11, 2012 /FSC/ - Yale Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - YLL and Frankfurt - YAB)is pleased to report that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on April 10, 2012. The Board of Directors and management would like to thank all shareholders for their support and confidence.
