Have to agree with Shakey...lots of good DD material over on TC.

However, a quick comment on the news today: This was great news and now ZEN owns 100% of this very unique (OK, there is another similar one in the world...but only one other one). It took ZEN spending $10M to get 80% of it and now with this deal with Cliff's, the project is all under one roof. Cliff's still owns 11%+ of our share float and can participate in future PPs but we are now free to shop this around when we need cash.

We do have $11M worth of warrants coming due in December at $1. Some believe these will get exercised. I think it is a tough call from our current price but now that ownership issue is resolved, not impossible I guess.

Deal with natives already signed, close to infrastructure including power and roads. So this one will not have the same challenges as Noront...
