We have discussed this on TCC before. Everyone knows that Cliffs has had there problems lately and the thinking is they did not want to fork out the cash that they needed to fork out to keep this their project because it was too grassroot for them. They are concentrating more on their main business. However, they still own about 12M shares and 2.2M warrants and so are still participating in any upside here.
