Two days to go ! Wow, it's been a whirlwind of activity but it has come together beautifully and everything is set for the golf and dinner. Here's what you need to know.......

Golfers must register at the first tee no later than 12:15 PM and be in their carts and ready to play by 12:45 PM on Saturday. All carts will have your team name and your name or poster name so they will be easy to find.

Dress code for all golfers is as follows : Soft spiked golf shoes, no cut off jeans or tank tops or tee shirts. All shirts must be collared.

Golfers will have full use of the locker facilities so if time allows, you will be able to change your clothes at the course. We recommend that you do not leave the course to go back to your hotel to do that, if you are golfing. There just won't be enough time.

I'll check to see if we have use of the lockers but you may want to put your changed clothes in your car. Again if we have time to do that. Depends how long it takes on the golf course.

For the dinner guests and guests returning from the wine tour for dinner : I'm gonna say that you also have use of the locker room facilities should you need them. I'll confirm that at the golf course on saturday. But I believe that is not a problem.

Dinner is scheduled for 6:45 PM sharp. I had that extended to accommodate any golf teams coming in late off the course and also the wine tour guests which should all arrive at about 6:15 PM.

If you are bringing prizes to the course, please make sure to hand them to Maureen, whom you all know as Irish. She will have her name tag on for those who don't know her.

Welcome gifts from the golf course for the golfers will be handed out at the first tee. Welcome gifts for the dinner & wine guests will be distributed before dinner.
