For the $16K per tonne, are shipping costs mentioned anywhere, as I have not seen this discussed yet, or are they 'on top of'

I woud just like to know if the price includes bulk delivery to Norway, or if that is seperate, as the transportation costs should be factored. I think a shipping container can take about 20 metric tonnes, but not sure.
