Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications

Message: A river runs through it...

I was hoping someone could give me a little insight... I was going through the Zenyatta website and I was poking around the RPA Technical Report dated January 16th of this year. The physiograpy of the property describes this area to be a vast wet land with creeks and the Nagagami River actually flows on top of the area. My question is how will they extract the graphite through a working mine if the area is all swamp and surrounded by creeks and a river going through the property? Could it be possible for the ministry for environment to say, no you cant drill here, because of the river? Also this property is on Native land... I was wondering if there would be any issues with that...I hope someone can elaborate on this for me. Thanks in advance.
