those were informal notes (typed into a smart phone, from memory, shortly after his conversations), taken by an attendee to PDAC who had spoken with various people at the ZEN booth, and I certainly don't think it's appropriate to use them to try and squeeze some sort of definitive written statement out of the company. i certainly would not have posted them on here if i thought people would be using them in that manner, nor do i expect that the author of the notes would appreciate it either.
