Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
I think the Roth conference was yet one more example of ZEN being separated from the graphite pack. Hopefully it will translate into buyers from funds in the US as I understand that was the purpose.
It is always nice to hear new updates and I am sure we will get some soon vis the bulk samples, research, end users, market etc., well before the PEA comes out.
It bears repeating:
1) ZEN has a very large resource conservatively estimated in the 43-101 to be about 1.5 million tonnes of very high grade graphite.
2) Albany (ZEN) graphite is very easy to purify to very high purity (99.99%) with only floatation and caustic bake (NO ACIDS).
3) Albany graphite has superior physical properties including BET, electrical conductivity and visual as seen in SEM
4) High grade graphite is very expensive as much as $30K to $35K per tonne
5) Market is growing and there are many new high tech uses such as Li Ion batteries, Carbon nanotubes and graphene.
6) Supply is getting tighter as the biggest supplier China is limiting it wild west mining activities and demand is growing.
7) Conservative estimates put ZEN's Albany deposit value at at least $US 12 Billion
8) ZEN has a market cap today of $175 million ($US 157 milion).
9) Trading at 1.3% of conservatively estimated Value
10) Upside enhancers include: a) Product Pricing at 2-4 times higher than $8500 estimate used for calculations; b) Deposit size at 1.5 to ??? times the current estimate which was very conservative and stopped well short of the open depth of graphite found and c) market demand to drive pricing even higher for high tech applications.
You gotta love your ZEN investment, I sure do. Unqualified Long.
My price targets are definitely above $10
