When the samples are sent to the lab for assays/ or testing on crystallinity ect . The Lab issues a certificate that certifies the results . This certificate goes to the individual doing the 43 101 .They could have an accompaning document that states " This purity or these characteristics are seen in only the best synthetics which sell in a price range of 16 to 30 thous $ . It is our professional opinion that this material will compete in this price range .

Third party confirmation . This of coarse is what has happened " Unless " it has not . lol
