In anticipation of the PEA, I've put together a DCF model for Zenyatta. This is an updated version to the one I posted to TCC the other week. In order to validate the accuracy of my model, I re-created the Focus graphite DCF from thier PEA done by RPA. I was able to come withing $1M or so to the NPV & within .1 of thier IRR. I've attached that model below as well for you to see. I then worked from their to build Zenyatta's using what I believe to be conservative assumptions and costs a little bit higher than what was provided in the 43-101 Resource Estimate.
