Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Wondering....
We all know that Cliffs is having financial troubles. And I'm sure that without any insider info , Cliff can crunch the payback numbers as well as some of our posters can. The volume of shares that Cliff is selling is peanuts compared to the overall number of shares held.
Cliffs, combined with retail, hold more shares than management and institutionals. Cliffs believes that retail is the weakest link in the group.
So Cliffs starts to sell a few shares, helping to drive down the price. And they keep the price down for sometime. Then Cliffs makes an offer to buy, based on the average retail price plus a premium. Retail, at this point, would be thankful to see $5 and sells, completing the takeover of Zenyatta.
I believe that Cliffs sees the Alabny deposit as its saving grace for the company, providing it with healhly profits for years to come.
I welcome any comments. I am not a business major so i could be completely out to lunch, just my opinion.
Thanks....
