as it's a dual holiday week in NA, and the US was closed today, yet we saw 404.8k shares trading hands. highest number of shares traded this week with the exception of Monday which saw 504k shares trading hands. normally i'd expect to see maybe 50k total vol on all exchanges on such a holiday Friday.

it seems that some entities, have had time to make some phone calls, do some more DD, and are taking advantage of the distressed selling by Cliffs, and since they have not seen a mass panic on the PEA delay/20+ NDA's news, one could surmise that there are some buyers/believers of size realizing that it's time to scoop a few in a controlled manner.

tight share structure, a lot of big retail holders that i speak with regularly are holding for the prize, and that's evident by now, so CLF is providing an opp to get in cheap in some degree of size without pushing the share price up too much in the short term.

feel for those that got shaken out in the $1.90's and low $2's.
