The accusations and timing of those posts seem rather convenient, in my opinion.

In the event that the OSC determines that there actually have been some deficiencies in disclosure and decide to halt the stock pending clarification, how significant of an impact do you see that really having on the share price in the near and long term?

For me, this may just be a disclosure oversight (and one that should no doubt be addressed), as I would find it hard to believe that SGS and RPA would be putting out the statements and reports that they have without having confirmed everything that has been put out. In that sense, while there MAY be a disclosure oversight, that doesn't mean the fundamentals aren't there or there are some other problems behind the scenes. Seems more like an attempt to insight fear.
