Yes, a group I was involved with arranged the cross for the 1M shares on Thursday. We had interest in significantly more but that was all Cliffs was willing to sell at that time and price. There a a number of parties interested in the CLF block, just not sure at what level they are willing to sell it. The shares trasnacted on Thursday are in very strong hands.

Looking forward to the fireworks later this year.
