Well if Casablanca is correct and they have the votes to elect 6 board members and effectively take over the BOD and therefore the company don't expect news on ZEN anytime soon IMO. Why? Well there is still the messy business of the BOD with 11 members 6 new and 5 old, installing a new CEO, firing staff, hiring new ones, doing a strategic review (now you have a fiduciary responsibility its not like shooting your mouth off from the sidelines) and then they will act. How long will that take.

Well at CP when the BOD and CEO basically went quietly in 2012 and Hunter Harrison was waiting in the wings to be CEO, it took 5 months to announce a new senior team and 7 months to present the new strategic plan to the investment community.
