I as well think ZEN has changed (or altered) their focus from buy out to mining as as stronger option than it was a few months back. AE could have picked anyone for the board, a much lesser name would have made sense if there was already a solid offer in the works. I'm interested in seeing how fast those 625000 new warrants for Directors and Consultants get swallowed up. I'm not sure offering another 625000 warrants was a good idea when you have warrants sitting out there at a 1.50 that Cliffs could snap up. Could this be the reason the SP has dropped 11 cents this morning?

I agree with you Glorieux but these BOD's have to be given consideration as they give valuble input and guidance, that being said the timing may be a bit off, I just hope todays setback is just temporary ....
