Here is one company that Dr. Chahar is an Advisor for...SiNode Systems.

The are creating a silicon-graphene lithium-ion battery for high density energy storage. They've received grants from the US Department of Energy of $1M to develop this battery.

If this type of battery works, Zenyatta graphite might be a perfect fit. Since it is essentially feldspar, quartz (silica) and carbon graphite, it has all the elements that SiNode is looking for to develop the lithium-ion battery.

Dr. Chahar was pretty excited about ZEN in the NR of his hire back in November. Has he tested the graphite enough to understand the chemistry make-up and how it can be used in new upcoming technologies?

Granting of options is an interesting move at this point. It could be apart of the annual issuance of options, or it could also be the beginning of the "games". Have samples finally been sent to end-users and to ensure Zenyatta is above board, they issue options prior to getting results back from end-users and putting them into a blackout period?

Anyways, it will be an exciting few months.

Other note: high-purity lump graphite can be used for the graphene (AMG Mining supplies Sri Lankan lump graphite to Haydale for graphene)
