Thanks. I see I was thinking ina different vein. Often, on a buyout calculation some use the simple formula of x% of the insitu value or the insitu value less cost to process. For some reason I was thinking about that method and not the more standrd NPV of net cash flow.

I am a CA, should have picked up on that..lol
