Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Well, Siegfried, we are all entitled to dream a little from time to time. I wonder where this idea that ZEN is going to sell out to another buyer comes from? I've been here since before the 14 cent days so I know where it comes from. This was a comment made by AE back in those days. As far as geology goes, it was the ice age in the development of this accidental find. It was made before anyone really knew how valuable this graphite is.
Since then a lot of research has taken place, but few people still understand graphite. I thought I was pretty knowledgeable but this last interview that I read this afternoon filled in a lot more details about graphite that I did not know. These people over on the other board who have been sewing doubt about ZEN know a little more than some give them credit for. They know enough just what to find fault with. Most of the answers to their doubt is slowly coming to us from research. The latest example was the sulphur issue. When more research puts an end to this nonsense and reveals why they are here, and then they can quietly fold their tents and disappear behind and unknown alias.
It is not only research but the addition of some very knowledeable people that indicates where AE may be taking this company. The last few days also revealed that Dr. Chahar and the Japanese fellow both contacted ZEN about actively participating with Zentatta. One of then, or perhaps both, did enough investigation to see the future the company may have. They asked to be part of it. Someone else noted that options granted lately have been for 5 years. Why grant 5 year options if your company will disappear before the next PDAC meetings? Perhaps that has been put on hold too. I do not know the answer but I can make an educated guess. That is all possible with AE's latest comments. Putting his quote into my words, " everything is on the table "
Whoever wants ZEN will have to come up with a resonable offer. Nobody is going to steal this company on the cheap. If you do not believe that, just go back and see how AE has managed the development so far. He has changed his tactics by 180 degrees. He once said there would be a timely flow of news. It irritated a lot of people when something caused him to change his mind. But he sure knows how to keep a secret from leaking out. The chances of AE moving ahead to develop this are just as ggood, in my mind, as the chance of a buyout from someone else.
I think we all should leave it up to AE and the BOD to decide which plan is best for shareholders. After all, whatever, shareholders will get to vote. Who knows? It may happen before PDAC 2015. Then again?????? I am very sure shareholders will be very happy when whatever deal is put to us. Unless, you have sold too soon for too little.
