How about tactics? Anyone toy with the idea that a number of entities are picking up shares and working as a "syndicate" to acquire voting power?

I don't see the vloume being big enough for that. And it could not be a Compnay with and NDA as that would be quite illegal.

To me it's just the normal ebb and flow of a junior sector company. Positive news will raise to the price, until then there is simply no way to gather momentum or new buyers (especially since the Company keeps news leaks under wrap).
