TD keeps bouncing us back toward $2. A house buying a small amount of shares isn't good news....it's just a small amount of shares. When it drives the sp up is when it means something. If it's the beginning of acquisition it's likely being done with someone else feeding them at a low price determined in advance.

How about tactics? Anyone toy with the idea that a number of entities are picking up shares and working as a "syndicate" to acquire voting power?
