Message: ZEN and the Art of Yoda!

A lot has been said, even by AE about the SP.We don’t understand why we are not trading at a much higher level. “Why does the ‘market’ just not ‘get’ it?”

A very wise man once said, “Price is what you pay, Value is what you get.”

Our problem is, apart from us on this board, nobody (read ‘the market’) understands what the “value” is. Graphite literally trades by appointment. Contracts are private and between buyer and seller and are based on the graphite complying with the buyers requirements, which could be unique.

It has been pointed out ad-nauseam here that if this were a gold mine, everybody and his dog would know the value, and that is correct but who in the investment business has had to value a graphite mine in the last 100 years? (Apart from Quincey and his group, that is!)

We know there has been some serious money positioned in this stock but done in such a way as to not affect the SP too much; Which leaves it at the mercy of the day traders and daily shorters playing the ‘sell on news’ theme, also ad-nauseam.

So, what are we left with; the hope that someone out there, who uses graphite, will see the ‘value’ and pay the ‘price’.But has there ever been an end user who bought their own supply?

To think that Tesla will want all of ZEN’s production is a tempting thought but what if they just want to buy a supply as an off take deal? Do we sell it to a miner or mine it ourselves?

Tesla is in the car business, not mining.I think it far more likely that a Panasonic or similar will be more interested in ZEN than a Tesla.

Trouble is, as I keep imagining all the various permutations of interested parties, that we are aware of so far, my head spins as to how AE will get this deal done.

But trust him we must and trust him we do.

Now I’m starting to sound like Yoda!
