1. In early Sept, AE stated publicly in the Investorintel article that they were in early stage talks. Could you ask if they are any further along in their negotiations with the NDA’s.

2. As Jimmer10 indicated, is there an estimated deadline/or expected timeline for completion of these negotiations – eg: end of November, year- end etc.
